Sara J Bonnie, Broker

Sara J. Bonnie established her real estate brokerage to represent both buyers and sellers needing professional assistance for todays market. Leading a dynamic team with innovative ideas, Bonnie Realty Services has successfully closed over $50 million dollars of Columbus real estate.

A graduate of Kent State University in Art Education, Sara has also attended Ohio State and Capital University. For several years she taught art for Southwestern City Schools and directed the Center of the Deaf in El Paso, Texas. Later, she partnered with David M. Bonnie and marketed the renown Bonnie Built Homes Corporation. Together with their two sons, David III and Dylan, they have continued to build new, renovate & remodel homes throughout the Metro Columbus area.

In 2009, Bonnie Realty Services was recognized as one of the top 5 highest sales volume companies affiliated with Title First Agency. Sara Bonnie is also a CBR $25 Million Dollar Club producer. Also in 2009, she was the Vice-President of the Greater Dublin Area Real Estate Assoc. and chairperson of the Annual Charity Golf Tournament hosted by Wedgewood Golf and Country Club where the Bonnie's are active golf members.

In 2010, she will co-chair and have her company will play an active role in Realtor Care Day, undertaking a project to improve the art bulding at the United Methodist Childrens Treatment Center.

David Bonnie, Realtor

David M. Bonnie III was born and raised in Worthington, Ohio. He joined his family real estate business after attending Lake Tahoe College in California where he studied marketing and advertising.

David has combined his dedication and experience to making a giant footprint in the Greater Metro Columbus market. His ability to listen and understand his client's needs has allowed him to continuously achieve their goals and expectations. His personable and professional character allows David to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients.

Graham Rouse, Realtor

A Buckeye through and through, Graham received both his bachelors and his masters degree from the Ohio State University. After growing up in Dublin, Graham and his wife Hillary settled in Dublin, OH, where along with being a Realtor, Graham is a high school English teacher. After being a resident of the Columbus area for the past 20 years, Graham has a deep understanding of the market in central Ohio.

Sharon Judah, Realtor/IDS/IADA

Sharon Judah, a resident of Dublin, works as a full time fund raiser for a non-profit organization. She has also worked in the interior design field prior to receiving her real estate license. Sharon has a determined spirit which leads her to work tirelessly for the desires of her clients hearts.

Marty Payne, Realtor

Marty’s 28 plus year career, began as a Secretary for state government agency, (RSC) in December 1980. She became Accountant in 1981 working 14 years in BDD Finance. In 1992 a promotion moved her to the Administrative Accounts Payable department where she had a wide range of job duties, including Controlling Board contract work, serving as liaison between RSC and the Office of Budget and Management while doing contracts for procurement of personal services and goods and services for the operation of the agency. Continued to process payments to contracted doctors, leases for our field offices (50 at that time) paying over 90 lessors each quarter. Marty continued her higher education at CSCC over the years ending with Micro computing Technology, allowing her the promotion to the Information Technology department in April 2006 as a Network Services Technician. Marty worked at RSC while going to school to gain her Realtor license, obtaining it in 2006. Her passion for real estate is evidence of her successful sales career. She also enjoys being a grandmother and a community service volunteer helping those less fortunate. She is an asset to our team.
